i dont know wether it is right place is put suggstion or not.. seeing so many these kind of  incidences, we shouldnt give the knowlegde just at a click.... like Ralph said once.. there should some measures to have damage control...
I would like to suggest tht we should a particular section for intermediate level of tutorials like rooting, manuall sqli, etc...   which should be only accessible by trusted members of AndhraHackers.com, instead now.. as any newone can register himself in AndhraHackers.com, n can have access to these stuffs....
like we have cyber warriors section which is only accessible by team members... similar to tht a particular section which should be accessible by trusted users whom we know... or we know his/her referre who knows him...

I know we cannt stop these malicious act by doing this.. but definetly we can reduce it......
